First step towards adventure

Going on an adventure is like going on a trip where there is no one to guide you upon anything, and you can travel the way you want, but all these things are thrilling and exciting in a trek. A trek is always a first step where you see and meet new people, and they share and experience their journey with all the joy and happiness. But before going on these adventures, there are some dos and don'ts to keep in mind before you go on your first trek.

You should always keep yourself fit physically, not mentally, because mentally you will be fit once you reach the place, so you should be concerned about physical health. One thing that you should keep in mind is the trek company or club you are choosing because everything depends on them, as they are the ones who will lead you to your food, safety, and security, which are the most important things that your parents ask about before going on a trek. Then comes choosing your trek, not on the basis of scenes and highest visited, but on the basis of kilometers and difficulty level. If you do some exercise or do yoga or walking or gym, then a moderate starting one-day trek with 20 kilometers in total, that is, returning and coming back, will be suitable for you.

Next, you widely need to choose your trek date and the number Cautious also about the pickup areas due to sometimes the time and area of the person traveling and about the stays and other details, you should be aware of the area and time of pickup because these often clash with the journey itinerary. If you are opting for comfort, you should decide to reach on your own, but if you are traveling with the company, you should be sure that comfort won't be a wise call.

You need to be extroverted with your nature to enjoy company. Being an introvert won't be an issue, but you should try to open up. Then comes your packing essentials. You need to keep dressing according to the weather if you are planning your trek. If going in summer, you can keep dressing according to the journey. If the days are 3, including days on and off, then you should at least keep 3 dresses because on the day of the trek, when you return, you need to necessarily take a bath because you will be stinking a lot. Then you can enjoy further activities planned by your team, and on the day of the trek, it is necessary to have a heavy lunch, but not so heavy that it makes you feel like puking. You need to carry two backpacks with you: one trekking bag and ones mall backpack to help you take things that are important for you to travel on the journey. The things are a tiffin, 2 water bottles, sanitizer, sunscreen, Vaseline for lips, a cap, a towel, and some energy drink sachets. Carry a bandage, Dettol, and salt to prevent any insect or worm attack. For girls, keep some extra sanitary items and toiletries, 2 towels, energy drinks, and some energy bars to prevent fatigue.

And most importantly, carry a pair of trekking shoes and a pair of woolen socks to comfort you. Keep an extra pair of slippers to comfort you after the trek.

“The world reveals itself to those who travel on foot. Trekking means a traveling experience with a thrilling excitement. You need special shoes for hiking—and a bit of a special soul as well.”

Dr. Prabhleen Kaur, a young internal medicine specialist from Chandigarh, made headlines after resigning from a reputed hospital on her very first day.  In a video shared on Instagram, she revealed that the hospital’s owner, a senior gynecologist, instructed staff to admit nearly every patient, regardless of whether hospitalization was necessary. She alleged that the hospital only wanted a physician “in name,” while the owner personally managed cases, deciding that all admitted patients should be kept in the ICU for as long as possible.  Dr. Kaur explained that although the hospital offered attractive pay, she was disturbed by these instructions and refused to be part of what she described as unethical practices. “It would have been my name, but their wrongdoing,” she said, adding that she could not allow herself to be used as a front. Her video, captioned with a warning about karma, has garnered over 96,000 views and earned widespread praise from netizens for her principled s...

Try these solutions if you can't remember your phone's password

It frequently occurs that we switch out the long-used smartphone password for a different one. However, we are unable to recall the new password and continue to enter the old, allegedly incorrect one. In any case, this becomes a major problem, and individuals seek to have their passwords cracked at a store or phone store. Also, the store owners demand payment for cracking the password. On one hand, you may simply change the password while at home if you'd like. What should we do about this? Use " Forgot Password " First, try entering the incorrect password or pattern five or six times if your phone is running Android 4.4 or lower. The choices of Forgot Pattern or Password will then show up on the screen. Enter your Google Account details now, then change the password. Use this approach if it's connected to a Google account. Go to findmydevice.google.com from a different device, such as a laptop or another phone, if your Android phone is connected to your Google...

According to reports, WhatsApp is creating a new feature called Guest Chats that would let users chat individuals without a WhatsApp account. According to reports, the feature allows direct browser contact with non-WhatsApp users by means of a secure chat link. Users can invite non-WhatsApp contacts to secure discussions using the "Guest Chats" function. Using the "Invite a Friend" feature, a WhatsApp user can create a link and distribute it by email, SMS, or other channels. The recipient has two options: download WhatsApp or use a browser to continue as a guest. Visitors must accept WhatsApp's Terms of Service and provide a name, either real or a false name.  The inviter's phone number is visible to guests, but conversations are encrypted from beginning to end. Following a government announcement requiring a totally digital tolling system, cash payments at toll booths on India's national highways would no longer be accepted as of April 10.  In an effort to lessen traffic, increase transparency, and improve commuter convenience at more than 1,150 fee plazas across the country, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) revealed that all transactions will now be completed through FASTag and UPI. It is anticipated that the change will improve operating efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize traffic flow. Toll rates have been updated in tandem with this change.  Expressway fees in Uttar Pradesh would increase by 1.5% to 3.5%, while passenger car owners on national highways may experience an increase of up to 10%. For example, the toll for cars on the Lucknow–Agra Expressway has increased to ₹675, while the toll for two-wheelers is now ₹335. The current fees on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway are ₹295 for four-wheelers and ₹145 for tw...
