As we can see the country is getting fast developed and some of the cases like gender equality have come to an end but not properly. We still carry women as a burden across the globe and sometimes there work go hidden or invisible or unoticed or unacknowledged around the household and worldwide. Womens are not only condition to see the household they are yet to achieve and discover more things, without womens it was unable to do some of the tasks and responsibilities.
Womens would not be subjected to only household or cooking work if they were given a free opportunity or a freedom to do whatever they want to. Women's were not have a problem running a household if the literate but not literate mind of people at home or mens would not behave as a typical, orthodox and toxic people at home or worldwide. If they don't drag out issues or unnecessary problems of their work or there habits. If these all conditions were not there women would have not fight for the freedom of the work and culture they want to live in.
Womens are working as a labourer, caregiver, house planner and some working in the formal jobs but yet there work is not being counted and yet it is critical to families and economy. Even if the women's are working in the formal sector they are expected to come home early and leave home late in the morning. They are even expected to cook food for the morning and evening before they leave as it is a job for women to complete and mens have no rule to play in this. Even sometimes they have been stop from attending office meetings or parties either it is late night or daytime. And if we compare household women they spent more hours than men maintaining the household work. If we have been developed then we should not lead such orthodox thinking which limits women opportunities and which leads to stress and unequal growth career for women. We should promote and help womens where able possible in whatever ways.
Nowadays we can see womens are acquiring more roles and seats in every field but I still paid less for their work and are not given acquired recognition. So it's a high time to acknowledge, share and resolve this issue not in a legal way but in household and minds respectively.
Here we are not pressurizing about gender equality but we are talking about the unrecognised work which the womens do but are not getting respected for this work. If we recognise women's through culture then we should keep one thing in mind that culture doesn't make people but people make the culture.
