The Myth of The Perfect Routine

Have you ever made your to-do list for the day?

Wake up at 5:00 a.m., meditate, read the newspaper, do mindful walking, cook food, and do gymming. Eat breakfast, complete your work, and have high tea/coffee with music. nature's walk, writing journal, and sleep.

Have you ever followed the schedule that you keep in your to-do list for the day? We have all seen some of these schedules with different versions in YouTube vlogs or by influencers on Instagram, where they make us feel productive by promising to change our lives. For some time we try to follow this routine with lots of pressure to follow a perfect daily structure, which creates more anxiety than motivation for many of us.

The rise of this culture is especially because of the social media that tells us a single version of success. But this version is not everyone's cup of tea to have it. Some may not like working at 5:00 a.m. or doing any yoga or cooking food or journaling before sleep. Life is not always as aesthetic as we think, especially for students, professionals, or anyone with unpredictable days. We are made to believe that discipline leads us to the right structure, but discipline does not mean you need to follow a chart for a day in your life. Life is unpredictable, so you should always follow your heart and your mind and see where they take you. Sometimes people like to make morning plans, and on the other hand, some like to hit their flow at night. Some do require breaks in their life; others prefer focused hours of work. Fitting into someone's routines is not your aura because you are just different. It's not a sign of laziness, but it's a sign of being yourself.

Instead of copying someone else's schedule, why don't we invest our time asking ourselves about our interests and flow of life? As simple as which time do you feel better, morning or evening? When do you feel most alert? When does my body need rest?

You should always start your day with what matters to you the most, not a checklist, because you are not going to some store for shopping; it's about your life and how you spend it in the most beautiful manner. Life is not a school timetable that we need to follow. Sometimes you require a break to be productive, like movies have intervals to feed humans. Routine should be a rhythm; it should not be a rule book that pressurizes you and haunts you. A human life goal is not to wake up early or be busy all day or make money; it's just to live the way you like. So, drop the myth of perfection, listen to your body and respective mind, and will your own version of productive peace.

The perfect routine? It doesn't exist. What matters is building one that fits your pace, not someone else's timeline.

Thought provoking scribble. Nice. My 2 cents: to achieve a goal, there are 3 things required. Focus, Flexibility and Consistency. It can be in any form, it does not matter. With regards to perfection, I recommend the book Wabi Sabi that changed my way of looking at life. It means beauty in imperfection.

Doctor Resigns on First Day Over Unethical Hospital Practices

Dr. Prabhleen Kaur, a young internal medicine specialist from Chandigarh, made headlines after resigning from a reputed hospital on her very first day.  In a video shared on Instagram, she revealed that the hospital’s owner, a senior gynecologist, instructed staff to admit nearly every patient, regardless of whether hospitalization was necessary. She alleged that the hospital only wanted a physician “in name,” while the owner personally managed cases, deciding that all admitted patients should be kept in the ICU for as long as possible.  Dr. Kaur explained that although the hospital offered attractive pay, she was disturbed by these instructions and refused to be part of what she described as unethical practices. “It would have been my name, but their wrongdoing,” she said, adding that she could not allow herself to be used as a front. Her video, captioned with a warning about karma, has garnered over 96,000 views and earned widespread praise from netizens for her principled s...

Try these solutions if you can't remember your phone's password

It frequently occurs that we switch out the long-used smartphone password for a different one. However, we are unable to recall the new password and continue to enter the old, allegedly incorrect one. In any case, this becomes a major problem, and individuals seek to have their passwords cracked at a store or phone store. Also, the store owners demand payment for cracking the password. On one hand, you may simply change the password while at home if you'd like. What should we do about this? Use " Forgot Password " First, try entering the incorrect password or pattern five or six times if your phone is running Android 4.4 or lower. The choices of Forgot Pattern or Password will then show up on the screen. Enter your Google Account details now, then change the password. Use this approach if it's connected to a Google account. Go to findmydevice.google.com from a different device, such as a laptop or another phone, if your Android phone is connected to your Google...

WhatsApp 's is new feature "Guest Chats."

According to reports, WhatsApp is creating a new feature called Guest Chats that would let users chat individuals without a WhatsApp account. According to reports, the feature allows direct browser contact with non-WhatsApp users by means of a secure chat link. Users can invite non-WhatsApp contacts to secure discussions using the "Guest Chats" function. Using the "Invite a Friend" feature, a WhatsApp user can create a link and distribute it by email, SMS, or other channels. The recipient has two options: download WhatsApp or use a browser to continue as a guest. Visitors must accept WhatsApp's Terms of Service and provide a name, either real or a false name.  The inviter's phone number is visible to guests, but conversations are encrypted from beginning to end. The lack of guest verification of identity, however, presents a risk in the event that the connection is viewed by unauthorized individuals. "Guest" is clearly shown during chats to show...

No More Cash at Toll Booths Starting April 10

Following a government announcement requiring a totally digital tolling system, cash payments at toll booths on India's national highways would no longer be accepted as of April 10.  In an effort to lessen traffic, increase transparency, and improve commuter convenience at more than 1,150 fee plazas across the country, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) revealed that all transactions will now be completed through FASTag and UPI. It is anticipated that the change will improve operating efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize traffic flow. Toll rates have been updated in tandem with this change.  Expressway fees in Uttar Pradesh would increase by 1.5% to 3.5%, while passenger car owners on national highways may experience an increase of up to 10%. For example, the toll for cars on the Lucknow–Agra Expressway has increased to ₹675, while the toll for two-wheelers is now ₹335. The current fees on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway are ₹295 for four-wheelers and ₹145 for tw...
