The Art of saying No

In the world where businesses are glorified and multitasking with developed skills and technology, there are few faces where you start giving stress to yourself such as harming your mental health for declining personal growth. In this era, we have seen that companies take forward people who are talented and a multitasking, but every employee should learn to say no for few things which are crucial for ourselves. Saying no often feels like burden and it also can be the feeling of letting others down from our saying no.

Many people find it hard to say no as they feel fear, rejected or the fear of getting judged or getting into a conflict. Especially for students and young professional the pressure can be to prove and participate in many programs and task which can be overwhelming. Student specially face this to prove themselves at standard of teachers expectations but often forget there own health and conditions. Sometimes it becomes necessary to say no for few things which you might not like to do, it's okay to say no for this as nobody is gonna judge you for this to but are gonna understand feeling of not working or saying no to the things which does not matter to you or you don't feel like to do. This also happens with youngsters who are joining any startup or company as a professional and they fear to say no due to companies rejection or scoldings of the head sometimes it can even lead to competition in business to prove themselves at a highest standard which leads to mental health degradedness.

Setting a boundary for yourself it's not wrong, as it is only about self respect and about being selfish for few things in your life. Sometimes saying no give you a ladder and a thought to prove yourself apart from the skills you have even a teaches you to focus on what truly matters to you. It gives you a balance in life by saving your time and energy. It gives you a practice of saying and handling things in small situations where you feel awkward or guilty or ashamed to say no will stop you should always priorities yourself first rather than anything else and you should be polite while expressing yourself but your decisions should be firm.

Think of a college student who just to give up his standard and become an apple of eye joins multiple clubs and tries to attend every social event and takes on extra work from the teachers but failed to save his mental health and physical health. Now the teachers and club members are expecting more from him as he has proven himself much than required. If the student has said no prior to sum of the things then the situation might have not arrived and is energy would be protected and he must have performed better or best in few of the events.

Learning to say no it's not a weakness. As setting your boundaries is important to build courage and self respect for yourself so that others don't disappoint us. We should try to priorities are needs and wants so that learning to say no becomes a wisdom.

It frequently occurs that we switch out the long-used smartphone password for a different one. However, we are unable to recall the new password and continue to enter the old, allegedly incorrect one. In any case, this becomes a major problem, and individuals seek to have their passwords cracked at a store or phone store. Also, the store owners demand payment for cracking the password. On one hand, you may simply change the password while at home if you'd like. What should we do about this? Use " Forgot Password " First, try entering the incorrect password or pattern five or six times if your phone is running Android 4.4 or lower.
