SPEAKING FEARLESSLY

Every spotlight I faced helped me dim the fear within.

Every fear has a stage and it could only be fought through consistency in defeating them through courage. There was a time when asking a question and raising a hand in class was a big question and it made my heart run fast. I would be so afraid saying any question to teacher, I thought it of being wrong or what if students made fun of my questions. This put me more backwards in academic and social skills. But the day I stepped into the world of performing arts things turned magical.
This blog will cover how courage could lead to rising stars.

Every child starts his or her arts either from dance or acting but mosttly it begans with dancing from nursery, nowadays recieting a poem has also been categorised into an arts and students are graded for this. But feeling of dance when surveyed was the most effective one as the students or kids get attracted from the lights, camera, rhythm, moves etc and that's where kids start overcoming there fear and let the spark inside them shine. Teachers to add on creativity have now started keeping rampwallks to entertain and get kids participated. They build confidence, energy, expressions, consistency, patience etc.

Students learn to connect with them while performing arts in following ways:
1. They learn to focus on bodily movements and gestures and they also learn change of voice through actions and words they perform.
2. They learn from mistakes like forgetting steps or lines etc, but they learn to keep going with the flow.
3. They start to believe their abilty to express things.
4. They learn to overcome audience contacts and connection.
5. They learn to build a strong self-esteem.

Through social activities in school like sharing is caring, making friends, donation drives, assemblies, campaign etc help them know about their surroundings and also help them make friends and engage with friends and family to complete the work and assignment. This also brings the innvolment of managing time and know about good and bad habits. It also gives power to realise staying together.
Then there are more training proograms in school where if you want to stand as a representative in school for any post you also get a time to know about yourself through writing about yourself for being a good leader, these stages are also meant to build strong pathways and knowing about yohr strength and weakness. Every step in your life stage teaches you something either its a school picnic, college trip or work trips. And there is no other beautiful challenge other than defeating your own limits and challenging them everyday.

The stage became my diary,  it revealed who i could be.
Once we think of not being much talented and courageous but with my confidence to give a new face to ourselves has always been challenging but the roots where we get this motivations starts from the tiny feets in house through parents and then school, college and work. And there is no end stage to learn new things and break the stigmatized barriers.

Doctor Resigns on First Day Over Unethical Hospital Practices

Dr. Prabhleen Kaur, a young internal medicine specialist from Chandigarh, made headlines after resigning from a reputed hospital on her very first day.  In a video shared on Instagram, she revealed that the hospital’s owner, a senior gynecologist, instructed staff to admit nearly every patient, regardless of whether hospitalization was necessary. She alleged that the hospital only wanted a physician “in name,” while the owner personally managed cases, deciding that all admitted patients should be kept in the ICU for as long as possible.  Dr. Kaur explained that although the hospital offered attractive pay, she was disturbed by these instructions and refused to be part of what she described as unethical practices. “It would have been my name, but their wrongdoing,” she said, adding that she could not allow herself to be used as a front. Her video, captioned with a warning about karma, has garnered over 96,000 views and earned widespread praise from netizens for her principled s...

Try these solutions if you can't remember your phone's password

It frequently occurs that we switch out the long-used smartphone password for a different one. However, we are unable to recall the new password and continue to enter the old, allegedly incorrect one. In any case, this becomes a major problem, and individuals seek to have their passwords cracked at a store or phone store. Also, the store owners demand payment for cracking the password. On one hand, you may simply change the password while at home if you'd like. What should we do about this? Use " Forgot Password " First, try entering the incorrect password or pattern five or six times if your phone is running Android 4.4 or lower. The choices of Forgot Pattern or Password will then show up on the screen. Enter your Google Account details now, then change the password. Use this approach if it's connected to a Google account. Go to findmydevice.google.com from a different device, such as a laptop or another phone, if your Android phone is connected to your Google...

WhatsApp 's is new feature "Guest Chats."

According to reports, WhatsApp is creating a new feature called Guest Chats that would let users chat individuals without a WhatsApp account. According to reports, the feature allows direct browser contact with non-WhatsApp users by means of a secure chat link. Users can invite non-WhatsApp contacts to secure discussions using the "Guest Chats" function. Using the "Invite a Friend" feature, a WhatsApp user can create a link and distribute it by email, SMS, or other channels. The recipient has two options: download WhatsApp or use a browser to continue as a guest. Visitors must accept WhatsApp's Terms of Service and provide a name, either real or a false name.  The inviter's phone number is visible to guests, but conversations are encrypted from beginning to end. The lack of guest verification of identity, however, presents a risk in the event that the connection is viewed by unauthorized individuals. "Guest" is clearly shown during chats to show...

No More Cash at Toll Booths Starting April 10

Following a government announcement requiring a totally digital tolling system, cash payments at toll booths on India's national highways would no longer be accepted as of April 10.  In an effort to lessen traffic, increase transparency, and improve commuter convenience at more than 1,150 fee plazas across the country, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) revealed that all transactions will now be completed through FASTag and UPI. It is anticipated that the change will improve operating efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize traffic flow. Toll rates have been updated in tandem with this change.  Expressway fees in Uttar Pradesh would increase by 1.5% to 3.5%, while passenger car owners on national highways may experience an increase of up to 10%. For example, the toll for cars on the Lucknow–Agra Expressway has increased to ₹675, while the toll for two-wheelers is now ₹335. The current fees on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway are ₹295 for four-wheelers and ₹145 for tw...
